At Shires Equestrian, we are committed to providing the highest quality gear for horse and rider. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the products are free of horse hair or dirt.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
